How to Read Three Card Spreads
Three card spreads work because they create a small story with a beginning, tension, and response.
A three card spread is not just three separate meanings. Read the cards as a sequence and look for contrast between them.
Name the position before drawing. Energy, challenge, and guidance will produce a different reading from past, present, and future.
After reading each card, write one sentence that joins the three positions into a single interpretation.
