Our tarot content is written to be reflective, contextual, and careful about uncertainty.
Tarot Daybook separates historical context, card symbolism, and reflective interpretation. We do not present tarot as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
The publication process checks clarity, internal consistency, route accuracy, and the canonical card and spread records before a page is released.
Who writes and publishes
Tarot Daybook prepares and publishes the site’s editorial content. No named external tarot expert, licensed professional, or credentialed reviewer is claimed unless a future page identifies that person and their actual role.
Review responsibility
Published card records use “Tarot Daybook” as the responsible review and publication label. Review here means an internal content and consistency check; it does not imply independent expert endorsement.
Interpretive tradition and sources
Card meanings and symbolism are oriented to the Rider–Waite–Smith tradition while acknowledging that other decks differ. Card records list their source basis, including A. E. Waite’s Pictorial Key to the Tarot and established modern reference sites, and history pages distinguish early playing-card history from later divinatory systems.
How automation is used
Automation assists with drafting, data migration, consistency checks, duplicate detection, and regression testing. Tarot Daybook remains responsible for publication, and automation is not described as human or expert review.
Review dates and updates
Each published card stores a last-reviewed date and source basis. Material changes update that metadata, while automated checks compare rendered pages with the canonical records before deployment.
Corrections
Report factual, grammatical, accessibility, or consistency errors through the public correction tracker at https://github.com/Welgum/tarotdaybook/issues. A correction should identify the page, the disputed text, and any supporting source so the publication record can be updated transparently.
